“I’m still asking the same question I’ve asked throughout my career: What helps us feel well?
I’m just looking at wellness through a much bigger lens.”
Hi, I’m Lindsay Walter
For much of my career, wellness meant working directly with the body.
As a massage therapist and spa owner, I spent years helping people feel a little less tense, a little more grounded, and more at home in themselves.
I loved that work—and over time, it led me to a bigger question.
What if the way we feel isn’t only shaped by what’s happening inside of us, but also by the environments we move through every day?
Today, my work brings together Classical Feng Shui, environmental wellness, personal KUA, Akashic Records, and coaching to explore that relationship between the person, the home, and the life they’re creating.
The goal isn’t a perfect home or a perfectly balanced life.
It’s learning what genuinely supports you—and creating more of it.
The Path That Led Me Here
For years, I supported people through massage therapy and other wellness practices. I saw firsthand how deeply stress, overwhelm, and the pace of everyday life could show up in the body.
But I also started noticing something else.
People weren’t experiencing their lives in a vacuum. They were going home to spaces that felt cluttered, overstimulating, difficult to maintain, or simply disconnected from who they were becoming.
At the same time, I was becoming more aware of the products we use in our homes, the waste we create, the environments we surround ourselves with, and the quiet ways those everyday choices can influence how we feel.
That curiosity eventually led me to Classical Feng Shui—and to the work I now call environmental wellness.
It also inspired Mi Mobile Refillery, where I get to make one piece of this philosophy incredibly practical by helping people reduce waste and make more intentional choices for their homes.
A Holistic Approach to Support
I don’t believe support looks the same for everyone.
Your home, your energy, your needs, and the season of life you’re in are uniquely yours—so the way we work together should be personal too.
I draw from Classical Feng Shui, environmental wellness, personal KUA, Akashic Records, and coaching depending on what feels most useful for you.
Sometimes we’re looking closely at your home.
Sometimes we’re exploring your personal energy.
Sometimes you simply need someone beside you as you move through change and figure out what feels supportive next.
You don’t have to know which tool you need before you begin.
That’s part of what I’m here to help you discover.
“What do I need from my home—and my life—right now?”
Life in Northern Michigan
I live in Northern Michigan with my family, surrounded by forests, fresh water, changing seasons, and the kind of natural beauty that makes it hard not to pay attention to your environment.
Living here continues to remind me that wellness doesn’t always come from adding more.
Often, it comes from slowing down, returning to what feels simple, spending time outside, caring for the spaces we inhabit, and becoming a little more intentional about the way we live.
That philosophy finds its way into nearly everything I do—from my client work and gatherings to Mi Mobile Refillery and the way I try to live my own life.
